• Being accountable to your own choices is a sign of maturity and leadership. Always do your best.  If you have grounds to complain do it up the chain of command to affect change. Never complain to your subordinates, it is demoralizing.

• Contribute passionately and assume responsibility for the productivity of all other team members. To win, each team member must commit 100% to the team or be replaced. Hidden agendas, lack of integrity, disloyalty, gossiping, bickering, back stabbing and internal politics are toxic, destructive, and unproductive. They will not be tolerated and are grounds for dismissal.

• We are being paid to solve problems, so offer solutions not excuses. Strive to offer as much of a complete solution as our expertise will allow. Execute on time and within budget.

Communication / Responsiveness

• Openly share relevant information and knowledge with your teammates.  Time is of the essence, so be helpful and respond promptly. Only discuss concerns in private with the person involved. Speak positively and refrain from sarcasm or gossip.
