OilFree Air Filtration Membrane
The OilFree air filtration membrane captures oily mists from air and permanently immobilizes the oily mists on the membrane surface at a low pressure drop.OilFree Air Filter Membranes protect filtration device from oily fouling and will reduce or eliminate entrainment of oil hydrocarbon-based mists back into the air stream. By immobilizing the oils on the membrane surface, the OilFree Air Filter membrane inhibits transport of microbes and particulate matter in the oily droplets.
Applications:
- Protecting Smog Hogs from oily mist fouling
- Protecting HEPA filters from complex oily particulate mists
- Reduction and elimination of rooftop oily mists emission
- Protecting HVAC systems from organic fouling
OilFree Airborne Oil Mist Filters
OilFree pleated air filters remove airborne oil mists and organic vapors from industrial air handling units. The pleated filters allow air filtration devices to function properly by preventing clogging and re-release of oils and other chemicals. OilFree oil mist filters will also reduce the transport of mold, microbes and particulate matter through air handling units caused by oily and greasy compounds.
